EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Hello, I'm new to EFT.  I'm 60 years old and am on SSI.  I have many issues and am happy to have found this technique.  I just bought the "foundation" library with my IRS stimulous rebate and know that I could really benefit from the next two library sets.  Unfortuneatly, I'm on a severely limited income and am seeking anyone who could donate them to me?  Please contact me at: kiarra_r48@hotmail.com  Thanks so very much-  Ron Roads

    The DVDs are a great way to learn, but there are also some other excellent resources if you can't buy them.  Try searching on "EFT Revealed" on Google, they have a great website with lots of audios that you can download free and listen to.  I download them onto my MP3 player and listen while I walk the dogs - I think my neighbours must wonder about the strange woman tapping her face, but I find I resolve a lot of things that way!

    Thanks for the information on the EFT Revealed website!  I have been checking it out and found a recording on MS. I have MS and have been trying to figure how to use EFT for the MS.....this sounds like a great resource.

     I have been doing EFT since late '90's, but tend to talk the talk, and not walk the walk so to say.  I also worked with a therapist for a couple of years, don't have the DVD's, though.  It seems that for someone like me,  there are a lot of resources available on the web to reinforce/fine tune what I have a decent knowledge of.....

    Rhonda - thanks for taking the time to give that feedback - I'm sure there will be others that benefit from the MS audio too, I haven't listened to it yet so will add it to my list.  It's sounds very much like you are ready to commit to healing, and there is no stronger force than that.  Very best wishes, Jo
